Business Forum
We designed an event entirely focused on the needs of local businesses.
Upstream, a custom web platform gathered concrete expectations from participants. Based on this, we created a tailored format combining networking spaces, small-group thematic workshops, and a keynote led by experts.
We also provided video recording and photography to document and showcase the forum’s key moments.
2025 Communal Apéritif – Confignon
To energize this traditional gathering while preserving its friendly spirit, we designed a scripted and immersive format aimed at bringing all generations together.The event opened with a welcome drink and a photo exhibition, followed by a ceremony led by a master of ceremonies, featuring custom-made videos to enhance emotion and audience engagement.
The evening concluded with a cocktail reception, encouraging conversation and conviviality, accompanied by live music.

University Residence of Geneva – 60th Anniversary
How can you bring together past and present residents for a shared moment?
To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the University Residence, we designed an intergenerational event blending celebration, memory, and connection.
The program included archival videos, personal portraits, an official ceremony, an exhibition retracing the site's history, and a convivial cocktail reception.
The entire event was created in close collaboration with the institution and students, strengthening local ties and the community spirit.
Collaboration with Kuoni Congress Geneva
For over four years, we’ve supported Kuoni Congress Geneva in the technical management of numerous conferences in Switzerland and abroad.
We handle:
- Technical coordination before and during the event alongside Kuoni project managers
- Liaison with local audiovisual providers
- Implementation of tailored solutions that meet organizers’ specific requirements

Live Streaming Partnership – University of Geneva
As the University of Geneva’s main partner, we’ve produced over 250 live broadcasts in both monolingual and multilingual formats, covering a wide range of topics, many of them high-stakes.
Master’s Day
For the University of Geneva’s Master’s Day, we designed a hybrid event:
- A 3D reproduction of the university building
- Around 50 interactive booths featuring: integrated Zoom rooms to speak with master’s program representatives, presentation videos, and downloadable materials
The result: a smooth and comprehensive experience, accessible both on-site and online for an international audience and for participants unable to attend in person.
The added bonus? An event that continues to live on after it’s over.
Swiss Accelerator's Showcase (EPFL)
3D reconstruction of the SwissTech Convention Center for a startup networking event.
This platform was used to explore the EPFL innovation ecosystem, stream the conference live, and allow visitors and speakers to schedule meetings, recreating the atmosphere of an in-person event within an online experience.
